Our company provides customers with 3D design-reverse design service

Example: 1) Scan to get point cloud data

As shown in the figure below, it is a drill bit. After simple surface treatment (spray developer to avoid mirror reflection on the surface), paste the marking points (the function of the marking points is to automatically splice the data scanned in various directions), and place it on the front of the scanning head. Multiple viewing angles scan to obtain complete three-dimensional data of the object. (The process is relatively simple and easy to learn. It takes a few minutes to tens of minutes to scan a sample)

2) Data processing and product design

The point cloud data obtained after scanning can be further encapsulated into STL triangle mesh data. After the section line is cut, it can be imported into 3D modeling software such as UG, Pro/E, Catia, etc., directly modeling to obtain the entity data that can be processed. (The processing time for steps 4 and 5 is a few minutes)

Description:

Among them, our company will train for steps 1 to 5, guarantee the church, and the learning time is about 5 days. Step 6: We will demonstrate the process. As long as your company has the knowledge of Pro/E, UG, Catia, Solidwork, it can be modeled.
